Betty Crocker’s line of GF mixes consists of Yellow Cake Mix, Sugar Cookie Mix, Devil’s Food Cake Mix, Chocolate Brownie Mix, Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, Bisquick, and Rice Flour Blend. They’ve even designed the mixes so you can use them without butter! Personally, for me, I would replace the vegetable oil with olive oil, to make it even a bit more “healthy”.
